Shipping Time and Cost *Shipping Methods:
Considering time and cost issue, we now mainly use express shipping for magnets, which including e-Packet, EMS,
UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL. All shipping methods are with traceable tracking numbers and shipping cost paid off before shipping. That means, you do not need to pay ANY shipping cost when receiving the package.
For magnets, they have to be packed very well for air shipping, which caused large dimension packages. Meaning time, only e-Packet and EMS does not charge over-sized shipping cost. Therefore, the shipping method for your package is choosen according to below order
#1. ePacket -- Packages less than 2kg. It can reach US, CA, UK, FR, RU, AUS. Usually takes 10-25 days
#2. EMS -- Package more than 2kg or if the shipping cost is much more reasonable. Usually takes 7-20 days
#3. UPS/FedEx/TNT/DHL/Toll, etc. -- Shipping cost if much more reasonable. Usually takes 5-15 days
Above shipping time can be realized by most of occasions. However, shipping can be influenced by many facts, such as bad weather, war, shopping season, etc. Therefore, please be understanding if there is a delay. We will do our best to make the package moved faster.
To avoid magnetizing influences to air flight safety, we have to pack magnets via thick foam and/or steel plates for magnetizing sheilding. Therefore, the shipping weight is much more than the magnet weight in most cases. For example, when the magnets N.W. is 2kg (4.4lbs), the shipping weight is probably more than 3.8kg (8.36lbs).
