* If the cartridge doesn\'t recognize the printer:
1. First, Analyse the issue.
Common Reason: ink cartridge not Install well or chip dirty.
Solution:
Step1: Take off the ink cartridge and re-install it. If issue still exist, go ahead.
Step2: Clean the ink cartridge and printer contactor with eraser or alcohol cotton swab. As shown in picture 1 to Picture 3.
2. Second, the methods not work, pls contact our Customer Service for resend or other solutions.
Warm suggestion:
When use the ink cartridge, the printer may show "low ink" or "empty ink", just ignore it and press "OK" button to continue printing as all our ink cartridge are filled with enough ink, they can work well.
