7. BST203-D can be set counter and injection time
BST203-D has counter/time button on the key button.





If customers need to set injection time when testing, they can touch counter/time button to set time, and then touch + or - button to increase or decrease injection time.
If customers need to set count, they can touch counter/time button again to set count, and then touch + or - button to increase or decrease count of injection.
If customers do not need to set count and injection time, they can test injectors under limited count.
8. BST203-D designs for connectors.
3pin connector is used to connect with piezo injectors, 2pin connector is used to connect with electromagnetic common rail injectors.
Please do not connect wrongly, otherwise it will damage electrical board of BST203-D tester.



9. Customers can adjust frequency or width pulse to test common rail injectors
Customers touch buton of CRI type to select model of injector, touch Channel button to select one injector testing or two injectors testing, touch button of MODEL to select basic testing model, touch button of COUNTER/TIME to set injection time or count, and then touch START/STOP button to start to test injector, and select to increase or decrease frequency or width pulse during testing.

12. BST203-D can work with nozzle tester to test atomization of injection
13. BST203-D can work with ultrasonic bath to clean injectors.
14. BST203-D can start injection, test high pressure of injection of all kinds of injectors.
15. BST203-D can adjust driving signal of frequency or width pulse of injection conveniently, has driving signal wave from that completely consistent of ECU. Product has passed electromagnetic and piezoelectric compatibility test like high and low temperature, static shock, probability of failure very low.
16. BST203-D has protection of short circuit, provide driving signal transfer line of all kinds of injectors.
17. BST203-D has four indicator lights, two lights are for piezo, other two lights are for electromagnetic injectors.
It is easy for customers to judge problem of injectors according to flash of indicator light.
